We are a School Association, and we required our collection of six decades worth of School Magazines to be digitised for our membership to be able to download from our website. Pearl Scan were able to provide us with a non-destructive scanning service, and were informative and clear when answering our enquiries. The price quoted was fair, and the quality, at 300dpi, was right for our purposes. They were happy to provide sample scans, and we went forward with our order. The results are first class, cost was competitive, and we are very pleased with the results. We have no hesitation in recommending Pearl Scan, and would use happily them again.

We have used Pearl Scan to convert AutoCAD 3D to 3D Revit files since early 2020. Naveed and the team have always responded promptly, and when asked came back with 3D files within two days. Returning files are downloaded from the secure portal facility. Our clients have never come back with any issues on the file content.

Really excellent service. They sent a courier to pick up the plans who arrived when they said he would. Results of the scan are good, despite the age of the documents. Pearl Scan have a minimum price per job, which, as this was only a small job, made it a little expensive, but otherwise very good. I would use them again.

I recently used this scanning service to preserve our school magazines which date back to 1904. We were extremely pleased with the company and service received. The scans were very good quality, with OCR (optimal character recognition) - they are a great addition to our alumni and archives website. From my first call to Pearl Scan I knew I had found the perfect company to handle the delicate job of scanning over 500 pages of hand-written letters written by my father to my mother in their early years of courting, from 1947 - 1960. At each stage of the process I felt confident that Pearl Scan understood and appreciated the unique, and treasured value of these letters.I know it was a slow and difficult job to hand-scan each page. But Pearl Scan did it with care, precison, skill and attention to detail.The scanned documents were eactly as I wanted them, in a format that will be easily used to create a lasting memory of my parents relationship. Nav, Alex and Rob were always responsive, efficient and easy to communcate with. It is rare to find a company that has such excellent customer service! I highly recommend Pearl Scan.
