Salary: £18k – 25k basic + OTE (40k) first year
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from initial discussion to closure, representing our company’s portfolio. Although the majority of the time you will be based at the office and dealing with the given leads and accounts, however time to time there will also be a requirement for you to visit local regional clients.
The role would suit someone currently working in a customer focussed role, preferably within a business services or business process outsourcing environment. We are looking for someone ideally who is looking to make a step up from a first sales role with ambition to succeed to a business development role.
Experience of giving customer demonstrations, creating quotation and proposals and a sound technical appreciation of business processes is essential, although training will be provided in this respect.
Essential Attributes:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £18k – £25k. On top of this is a rewarding commission structure that brings your first year on target earnings up to £40,000. With an excellent blueprint for progression, you set yourself up to rapidly move into a more senior role based upon your success and earn around 65k per year upon completion of your first year training.

We are looking to recruit an experienced new business development and bid manager to put a focus on shaping, developing and winning bids in the public and private sector, directly and through partnerships. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, carefully balancing the need to be planned and strategic, with the ability to be creative and spot emerging opportunities in the market.

The successful candidate will report directly to the managing director and grow with the business over the next 5 years. Therefore ambition and the ability to operate at all levels.
The role would suite someone currently working as business development manager, bid co-ordinator, author or end to end Sales who has an ambition to move into a more business development role. It is essential that the candidate is willing to develop relationships through networking and cold calls to develop big ticket leads.

Duties include document handling, scanning, digitisation, data capture and processing.
For the right candidate there will be an opportunity to progress onto a team leader and supervisory level.
Intermediate IT skills are essential, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to
learn new systems and software packages.
The applicant must be able to demonstrate good IT and communications skills and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently – full training will be provided.
