About Us:
As an award-winning document management company, we specialise in providing document scanning, storage and management solutions to a diverse clientele across private and public sectors nationwide. We are seeking a Production Manager to join our dedicated team.

Role Overview:
The Production Manager will be a crucial member of the Operational Management Team, contributing significantly to our overall business operations. This hands-on role demands a proactive leader, adept in introducing innovative ideas to enhance production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality control
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise production output and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demands
  • Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with our ISO Certification and maintain annual assessment
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate production staff to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Implement and maintain business processes and systems to streamline production operations

Required Background and Experience:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Solid understanding of production processes, IT proficient, and quality control principles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles
  • Ability to conduct meetings with clients to provide updates, reports, and handle any objections regarding their live projects.
