The OCR technology has come a long way and been much improved over the last few years. It is to be noted that if the original document is not a good quality print, legible or has lines/marks and such across the text, it will affect the character (text) recognition.
Some of our clients prefer to correct the OCR recognition errors themselves as they proof read their own work and other would like our document scanning and OCR conversion department to provide this facility, as well as further enhancement services.
