How to start your bulk scanning project

The first thing in such a project is to establish the scope of work. This can be carried out by one of our scanning specialists, by either arranging a site survey or a telephone call – just ask for whatever is suitable and convenient for you. Our site survey is free of charge and depending on your project it can take between half an hour to an hour.

Following our site survey or a telephone conversation with you, we will submit a free of charge quotation which will include the scope of work, itemised price list and delivery time-scale.

Upon acceptance of our quotation, we will work with you to draw up an end-to-end project plan for the completion of your scanning project as well as make recommendations and offer additional assistance where needed to help you with the removal of files etc.
