Where possible, our invoice scanning systems can use Optical Character Recognition technology to convert paper invoices into searchable PDF files. This feature enables companies to quickly search and retrieve specific invoices based upon predetermined indexed content like supplier invoice numbers, purchase orders, item descriptions, amounts and currency. This tailor-made feature can index your date in any way you like.
