Introduction to Role:
Great opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join well established Document Management company that offers professional and progressive working environment. We are looking for an individual who will help with day-to-day bookkeeping & payroll duties using predominantly Sage line 50 system.

Bookkeeping & Payroll Duties

  • General bookkeeping using Sageline 50 software.
  • Credit control (chasing overdue payments)
  • Producing and analysing financial reports
  • Reconciling payments
  • Preparing payroll using Sage payroll software

To be successful you will have

  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Must have previous experience in using Sage line 50
  • Previous experience with Sage Payroll – essential
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • IT literate (intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Effective time management
  • Use own initiative
  • Can do attitude
