Sheffield United use ImageNow to improve their accounts payable and ticketing services

Sheffield United FC has used ImageNow software created by Perceptive Software to improve their accounts payable and ticketing system using the aid of document scanning.
Within the coming months the club will be using the software to link season ticket application forms to their ticketing system which will help streamline the paper intensive process while also eliminating the need to store hard copy application forms. Using document scanning the forms are scanned and kept on the system.
When application forms and accounts payable documents are scanned in they are a lot easier to manage and ImageNow has proven to be a useful software tool in linking these documents which reduced the clubs manual efficiency.
Now with the new business process in place they have increased productivity by up to 65% and are able to process over 260 extra invoices per month.
The club is now finalising the implementation of ImageNow to their sales ledger department to improve efficiency within accounts receivable. Such a business process can be so beneficial in the long term that they are looking to expand this document management solution in as many areas as possible, reducing the amount of manual input required by staff.
