Community Bank chooses Invoice management software to improve its accounts payable processes

Brickwell Community Bank is the latest company to take on IntelAccounts invoice document management software. IntelAccount based in the US is a leading provider of online accounts payable (AP), document management, and e-payment services to small and mid-sized businesses.
Brickwell have a complex, paper intensive invoice approval process so selecting a document management company to handle these accounts processes enables them to focus more on client services. They now have online access and 24 hour access to documents while also lowering operating costs in the accounts department. As a result the majority of the paper process is eliminated with a greener, environmental approach taking its place.
IntelAccount handles the accounts payable process from receipt of documents at its central processing center through final payment and online document storage. They carry out document scanning and data entry into its web-based invoice approval system with 24 hours of receipt. A process that used to take days or weeks to get an invoice approved and paid now takes minutes.
All documents are accessible online by authorized users 24/7 through a secure document management system ensuring document confidentiality. The web-based system routes invoices to the required approvers and can even generate electronic payments.
For many years now medium and large sized companies have enjoyed a huge return on investment by using an electronic invoice system. Many companies have their invoices all backed up and archived on the system through document scanning.
