Archive Scanning Process
- We collect the documents from your office supplying storage boxes if necessary
- The documents are brought back to our scanning bureau for scanning in our specialist industrial scanners
- The images are tidied up and enhanced to ensure they are readable and of good quality
- The documents are then indexed and organised exactly how you prefer for example by lever arch file or by client name
- The final scanned documents are put on to a master disk and returned to yourself for approval, we can then arrange shredding of your original documents if required or return these back to you
